Studios are equipped with:
Quality bolsters, blankets, Back Jacks, straps, blocks, and folding chairs and a folding table.
Moon Room and Sun Room feature beautiful yoga flooring, big front windows with natural light,
black out shades, dimmable lighting, remote control candlelight, craft lighting,
and even a mini retractable skylight in the Moon Room, AC/Heat, Wifi, and bluetooth speakers.
Each space has a bathroom, a mini fridge and microwave.
At the Heart of it we are a Transformational Learning Center. A conscious community of instructors, healers, and facilitators bringing you
heart-centered offerings, services, and support.
